Terms of Service

Last updated: July 7, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vital Health Institute training platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Vital Health Institute provides a video-first training and learning-management platform for behavioral-health organizations, including courseware, live facilitated group sessions, progress tracking, certificates, and reporting. Features may change over time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Enterprise accounts are created and administered by your organization; individual accounts are created by self-signup. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to use any organization you join.

3. Acceptable use

4. Payments

Individual course purchases and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Applicable fees and any third-party payment-processing fees are disclosed at checkout. Enterprise billing is handled separately under your organization's agreement.

5. Content and intellectual property

Course content and materials are owned by the organization or party that created them. The Service software and its design are owned by Vital Health Institute. You retain rights to content you upload and grant us the license needed to host and display it within the Service.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. Training content is for educational purposes and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be directed to your organization administrator or to Vital Health Institute support.

This document is a general template provided for the platform's consent flow and should be reviewed and finalized by qualified legal counsel before production launch.
